“You can’t really beat the view here at sunset with the infinity pool. It’s lovely. The beach, the waves, and the water were all pretty nice too. Service was good. Everyone was very friendly. My reservation came with free breakfast. There’s a set menu you choose from, but all the choices were good. I got the continental, there was a Filipino breakfast choice (rice, protein, egg), and other selections. I also ordered a salmon Benedict off the menu and the prices are very reasonable. The room was ok, and could have been better. I felt like we were in the “old” section of the hotel that was renovated, seeing as the rest of the hotel was under construction. I couldn’t see the environment controls in the room very well since the display was too faint, so I didn’t know if the AC was on or if it was just the fan. This led to a very humid night since I couldn’t find a bathroom fan either, a tall window was propped open. Overall a pleasant stay.
“Nice hotel. Having a balcony is very “good-looking” for me. Free breakfast is also good, very satisfying. The pool, too small despite the fact that they have many rooms. They have a mini bar. Nothing else you could do unless you have a tour at La Union Proper and beyond that. Over-all, I can say “Awesome” indeed for it’s price.”
“This Resort Hotel lives up to its name – truly Awesome. Rooms are spacious & very clean it has 1 big bed & a semi double bed with a big led tv & internet, ideal for a family of 4. Free breakfast, choices of American, Australian,Filipino, food is good, price is reasonable, try the beef bulalo, & halo halo in coconut shell, theres a Nipa hut at the Beach front, in which you can order food, & ice cold beer! Very nice lawn good place to sun bath, there are Lot of things to do like surfing, kayaking, jetski, banana boat ride. Location San Juan La Union Philippines, you can travel by car or bus.”
